It has been century i did not update my blog.
Life is some busy when i have joined the Attorney General's Chambers as a DPP. Sometimes I feel like i am a IP processing machine. Ip stands for investigation papers. When someone lodge a police report, the police will decide whether to open an IP. Then , the IP will be sent to the DPP to see whether there is a case. If there is, the suspect might be charged depends on the facts of the case.

Life is much more complicated in service. People in service like to gossip when they are too free. Hate those people. I meet some really selfish people, but thank God, there are more nice people than those stupid fella. Get the chance to learn from some really cool people and the seniors are really helpful, friendly and hardworking. Who say government servants are lazy? well, i can proudly say that we don't.

We work our butt out on weekends. scarifying zzzz.... been dreaming of IP and every night. . . this is a bit crazy... sometimes really feel tired. like now. But this is just the beginning... Life will be much more damn busy after this.

Will have a long break after this! so happy !

Damn, I was cheated. I was being so stupid. Cheated by a girl who look like angel but evil hearted. Cheated by a gal who is willing to please someone by talking bad of others and telling lies , double crossing. In simple terms, I was betrayed by someone I used to trust, despite warnings from others.

my master seldom talk. talk with me 4 sentences in a week.
other chambering student always busy with their stuff. din talk to me. I wonder why am i so free and why they are so busy?

my big boss is always busy. cannot talk with other chambee when we are in the cubicles
.
i am so free. i hate this . feel useless. feel being isolated. feel bored.
feel more frustrated when i go back home and the tong sampah plastic bag is not put properly. guys just sucks in doing housework. have to educate them again and again.

I know- Don't be crazy over small matters.
need something new.

well, i can only tell myself , Jiayou! you can do it ! i can sure bring positive changes into my life.

First day at Vietnam

20 May 2009. Our flight depart from Lcct at 630 am and reach Hanoi's airport around 850 am.

after the immgrition counter we queue for body temperature screening. I was feeling a bit a\warm on my forehead. lucky i pass the screaning. We then pick up our baggage. However , Chee Meng 's luggage was not there to be seen. After waiting for 10 minutes. it is still no where to be found. thank God he has no need to claim travel insurance for loss of baggage. hehe...at last, his orange backpack was throwed into the luggage belt.

after picking up our luggage, we move on to the arrival hall. Oh, God , there were 2 guesthouse who put on my name. one of them i din really confirm with them. haha... so , ignore level 2 up.

the guesthouse we check in , Apt guesehouse charge us 12 usd for pick up. the room is a bit small. but consedered ok. the staff are friendly and helpful.

After check in, we move on for lunch . the Gh recommend us a retaurent called blue butterfly. we search for it for a long time. but after that found it a bit too expensive. it was hinding beside ladybird cafe. haha...

we went to other local restaurent. when the vendor realize we are foreigner , she took out a English menu. the price is sky high. around 40000 dong= Rm 8 a meal . Walau. then we end up at a food stall on the street. this is the first time i eat this bon cha. it is really nice and cheap. the grill the meat and put it in a special sauce, with some daun pudina and eat it with something that look like laksa/ only it is thinner. it tasted great albeit chee meng say it was a bit weird. Hang seng, ah beng and chee meng, ask for the normal one and one meat spring roll. it just cost them 17000 dong- that is 1 usd. as for me, a vegetarian, my lunch just cost me RM1. very cheap . if compare to the price in Cambodia.

after lunch, we decided top buy t\water purpet ticket and buy open tour ticket from Sinh cafe.Lonely Planet mentioned that there are so many copy catfor those established tour operator, which sink\h cafe is one. We saw at leat 12 shop with the label sinh cafe with and without the blue bird logo. at last we found it just opposite HSBC bank, it is a corner unit. dun be fool by so many shop that had sinh cafe printed on the shop. there is one copy cat just 2 shop lot away... hahah... funny
opt for the original one. make sure the address is correct. hehe... but at last we deceided to purchase bus ticket from Hanoi to Hue from APT GH. Together with the Halong Bay package. So tomoro we are going to visit one of the UNESCO Herritage , Halong Bay. and spend 1 night on the street. i really hope the boat is nice as promised.

We also went to visit HCM Museum after purchasing the water puppet ticket and visiting the temple in the midle of the lake.

we took a bus, which cost us 3000 dong, the bus is nice and have A/C. the HCM museum look much more like a art gallery than a museum . haha... the entrance fee i think is 15000 dong. can;t remember it exactly. after that, we went to see the one pillar pagoda, quite interesting. imagine a temple was build on one pillar.

We went to watch water purpet show which is quite near to the lake. it cost us 40000 dong for one ticket. we did not know there is seat number untill we enter the hall. if you bring in a profesinal camera, you will need to pay extra 150000 dong.
the water puppet show is not as boring as i though. and i found it very interesting and fun. the pupper m0ve as if they are alive. It is worth a visit. but make sure you bring your jacket. it is pretty cold.

before the water puppet show, we habe out dinner at Cha cha something... they only serve one type of food in the restaurent. that is grill fish. i just try the sauce and the vege. it is something simliar to ban cha. that is you eat the laksa nipis with the sause and the fish. hehe... it was server on a little stove. it is real hot. the oil spill here and there. haha.. it cost you RM 20 per person. but it is really nice. hehe... but the staff not so friendly. there is one copy cat just opposite it. hehe...how can they be like this arr...
after the water puppet show, we go and have some local delight. really interesting. we talked to some local folk.. they can't spek (sometime i have to mimic chicken or pig to make them understand) but they are really friendly.

Well, about the motor, haha... so mamy of it. and they are well kept and decorated. very nice. like one you saw on the taiwan drama "bu liang siao hua" you can see it hehe... hehehe

We all have friends. A lot gets talked about friendships. Everyone wants a true friend, and many of us believe that we have a friend who can be called a true friend.
I am glad i have a few.
Thank you for your understanding all the time. for forgiving me when i am nasty, for accompany me when i need you the most.

what lies in front of you ? will it be one day, when you sit back and think, and ask yourself , Do i even have a true friend?

i will carry on my life , without feeling any guilt for lying, happily face every challenges side by side with my friends.

dull life recently. doing the same stuff everyday. feel like flying away. to work in another country. because i know once i finish my exam, i must do my chambering. being stuck in traffic, rushing to court, land office and bla bla bla. i wish i can spend some time at another country. just work for a few month.

i sun wan those typical life anymore. sleep- eat - work -eat - sleep.

thinking of working holiday... a quite impossible dream...

i feel a bit down when 5th and 4th place is not us. i am about to reply mei xian's sms that : no, we didn't get anything. . . .
it was amazing.
unexpected ! i jumped high and burst into tears when the emcee said : tempat kedua jatuh kepada kolej kediaman kedua!

my blood suddenly rush up to my brain . i just can't believe that we actually won. keep on asking others, is it really true? Am i not in my dream ?

Words just can't express my feeling, and gratitude towards those who help us.

Thanks Florence , Clara, Cynthia, Xin jie, Xue ning , Hock Chai , Desmond and Xiao Rou who helping me to teach choir. especially monster who had work so hard. Florence who is always there to give us support . Thank you Clara and Cynthia who take out their time from their busy schedule.

thanks for the choir members that always give commitment. To some member who are always missing in action. Bravo for being able to giving all sort of reasons . Choir really give me a very good lesson how to handle with people. Human can be very hard to deal with and give you lots of troubles when you need some one to give you a hand. i am having some gastric pain, symptom that will only appear when i am too stressful but i should let it affect me!!! gonna get rid of this bad feeling. come back come back !!!

no matter how many members who come, we will continue singing. the members who really give commitment really sing very well . the spirit of choir will continue!! Crazy Choir Gang.

I have no idea that it is so hard to become a choir manager until I become one on 1 march . It is so easy to become a member. 2 option, either to go practice and sing or just don’t go .Being a Choir manager is however totaly different. You have to inform everyone the practice time and venue. Compete with other projects to get the venue, get the keyboard, speaker, uniform, scores, get new member. Attend meeting, Text all the choir member so that they will show up. And sometimes, the absentee dun even care to tell you that they are not coming. What can I do? Scold them? Of course not. I must try to be a understanding person. So that they won just drop out of choir.

I am always worry. Worry about the attendance, voice quality, even worry the members won have enough time to study. I am a final year. I am not so free either. But What Can I Do ? I volunteer to pick up the task. Thus, I should not be complaining anything. Just hope that they will realize , how important is each member to the whole choir team. Even a short 30 minutes present for practice can make me feel very very happy. Because I know they have try their best to attend. Sometimes I feel so stressed. Tons of homework, assignment and test. And I have to work at outside to support myself.

Sorry , dear members , if I am late or can’t attend your practices. Or when I raise my voice. I am so tired and stressed. Please try to attend all practice. I beg you. When you guys step on the stage, I will always be proud of you guys no matter how. But I always tell myself, do not give up as I really love you guys and choir so much. Really enjoy when you guys sing “Tanah airku.”

i am happy that he is happy. is been a while. this 2 semesters dunno why are longer than the previous one. that's what i felt. 2 nights ago, angel was singing in my dream. it was so soft and gentle. peaceful. really hope to hear the music again. Wish i can recall the rhythm.

I know we can do it albeit a short time. I am so sorry i can't sing with you guys, I really wish i can . To sing with a group of people who love music. You people are angels for me . wink wink.

Mandy could not even start window at all for the past few days. At last , it laptop was fixed in an unexpected manner. Wiu…

I just drop out from something which I promise to commit to. Something happen again and I think I am not emotional prepared for it. Perhaps I am not the “right” person to join the group. Just don’t click. Is like I am from another planet. Or more likely I am a peasant that cannot join with the “aristocrat”. My passion was put down by a giant pail of ice water. I do admit that I have to bear some responsibility for my behavior. How naïve am I to think that this is time for us to carry some activity bersatu padu. But it turns to be an opportunity for some people to show off. Walau ! Some people just want to shine without considering others’ feeling.

今天情人节

今天是情人节。也是马大学生运动会。跑了几个项目，托团队的支持，和幸运女神的眷顾，总算没有空手而归。田径可不简单。在一千五百米，第一次输了。一二三名都没我的份。有多少耕耘就有多少收获。虽然掩不住失望的感觉，今年毕就是我在大学的最后的一年，但要怪就是自己没好好练习，失去了奖牌。

回到宿舍时，还不知累。跑去看wai moi, ah bee 她们的篮球赛。在和老板出去。正对不起他，我太累了。呆呆的。没能给他什么反应。他还是那么的好，送了我一只白色的猫猫。好可爱！我最爱洋娃娃啦。今晚要抱着它入眠，就像小时候，抱着我独眼咖啡猫一般。

在这里祝大家情人节快乐。有情人早日终成眷属。珍惜每一份每一秒。如果你有喜欢的人，勇敢去追吧！不要到时再后悔。因为，你可能因一时的犹疑，错过了对方。就算前面不知道是什么，也努力向前冲吧！不要留下任何遗憾！

最近有很多假期。人变得有点懒。元宵节本来想去看人抛柑的，后来还是打消这念头。有点下雨嘛，所以还是去了mid valley看 bride war。那部戏还是不错的，蛮好笑。但结局马虎了一些。好想去看戏，好多戏多还没看。却找不到人陪。昨晚还好有沙皮狗在。。。找一个人陪，就那么难吗？
现在就想出去走来走去。。。但明天的功课还没准备。。呆坐在电脑前，我好想呐喊：

我要出去看戏！！！！！！！！

希望明天的功课快点做完，希望星期四的trial我方能顺顺利利。希望又可以上msn。希望猴子先生不要再来我房间，你不是罗密欧！不要乱乱爬进我的窗口。我们这里没人暗恋你。偷吃跑远一点。。。

As to the question on Who did this?

It is my humble submission that those who actually get most benefit from that incident, might be the culprit...

there was one case where unknown person break in to the surau of my college and turn over all Holy Quran, and wrote some "Sanskrit" on the wall ( very bad writing, even doubt whether it was an Indian who wrote it., logically, Will you leave an evidence that is so clear? the target that the culprit aimed at is so obvios, as my college principle is an Indian )

Such behavior deserved to be condemned and is totally barbaric.

What do you think? And how much the pig head cost?

today is 29 dec 2008. At last , monster is back, this time with a longer hair. Haha... with Chang Xiao staying just across street E400, We can do crazy stuff together again...

Thought of staying 12 college this sem. however, 12 college seem to has some kind of discrimination towards courses other that Engineering and medicine. 12 college said : we only want engineering and medic student. Cheh...

that thought of staying at filth. However, our beloved college send the wrong list. ... 5 college, dun have my name ! WA..
so have to come back to second... very glad...
because it is quite impossible for me to rent a house at outside for 4 months

Central market is not bad for souvenir hunting .
but make sure you bargain the price before you but. all your neck will has lots of bloods...
Lonely Planet (pirated version) can be bought here . very cheap. Cambodian version - 2.5 USD, Vietnam version - 3.5 USD. .... But Do note that the map and photo are not clear. So better stick with the original if you has some penny in your pocket.

Russia market is a shopping paradise. I read from LP (LP = lonely planet , not in the context of Taiwan politician) that you can get Levis , Gap, Quickshiver here(Factory rejected). We reach there around 4.05pm, a little bit too late, and most of the shops started to close. The operation hour is just until 5 pm. Do bargain , as you can get 60-70 % discount. But do it politely , smile and little bit of humor. As their salary is quite low. We pick up some simple Khmer terms, such as:

Swiess die - Hello
Aw Kunn- thank you
Dao- decrease (the price)
Art te – never mind (to say no to the vendor)
Suk se bai – Good Luck (wish them good business)

Here is a typical dialog :
B : How much is this?
S :8 doorlar
B : too expensive…
S : ok, I give you 7 doorllar.
B : erm…

B : 2 dollar?

Phnom Pehn 1 , Cambodia

The flight from LCCT to Phnom Penh took around 1 hours 45 minutes.
The tuk tuk from Phnom Pehn International Airport cost us 7 USD. We suspect the tuk tuk driver is in the tuk tuk – guesthouse Scam, He condemn our pre-booking GH and say lots of negro(no offence) there and the GH in in red light area. He even stop at the road side to persuade us to go to another guesthouse at the riverside. Lucky we dint’s believe in him.

We stay at NICE guesthouse, which is really nice and near to Capitol Guesthouse. It is in the city centre. The tuk tuk driver who fetch us from the airport told us that it is very far to walk to Royal Palace. We didn’t him. On the first day of our arrival, we walk to the riverside and saw the beautiful Royal palace. It took us roughly 20-30 minutes. If you have more time in Phnom Pehn, perhaps you should stay at the riversides. But always book in advance to avoid the tuk tuk – Guesthouse scam, where tuk tuk driver get commission from the GH and they overcharge your room.

So walking is an option to those who do not wear high heels at Cambodia. Haha… alternatively, the tuk tuk might charge you 1-1.5 USD per person to take you to a place around the city.

However, it is recommended that you go t the killing field via the Capitol GH ‘s package . Only 3 usd. Inclusive of a A/C van but exclude entrance ticket which is 2USD person. Don’t take a Tuk tuk, as there are some construction work going on and it can be pretty dusty . Don’t try to walk there, it is outside the city and quite far. .

We walk to Tuol Sleng Museum from out guesthouse and lost our way. So we end up taking picture at independent monument. Then we finish our visit at Tuol sleng Museum, we were too tired to walk to Russia Market. So we took a Tuk tuk , cost us 2-3 USd per Tuk tuk , forgot the exact amount.

this tree,which was called magic tree, is use to hang a load speaker so to cover the agony sound of the victim by Khmer rouge in killing field. there is another one which was use to beat children to death. so that bullet can be saved. the khmer rouge were bastard which kill 1/4 of the population in Cambodia.

今天很迟起床，因为昨夜很晚才睡。却不知为何睡不着。玻璃市没色什夜深活，我也没约朋友出去喝茶。脑子里想起朋友去年说的话：留在玻璃市同龄的中学同学太得空，没事做，就做人啊。然后就奉子成婚。我脑袋里马上播映某某同学抱着一个小孩，不知为何我的鸡皮疙瘩掉满地。那时我还傻傻得问：你的孩子啊？
我这个年龄生小孩让我觉得不可思议！！

一直以来，我总觉得生小孩是很久很久的事。我自己就是一个还没拿驾照的大小孩。但身边的朋友慢慢有了那个final year 的老脸。我也越来越多学弟学妹。头好晕，成长像害喜，总是叫人害怕难受又欢喜。

小学毕业后，舍不得。
中学毕业后，看着班上的那些同学，我解脱了。
中六毕业后，带着对大学的憧憬，还是舍不得。但还是开心能够离开这让我不开心的地方。

在大学，我像鱼儿进入水里般。我终于自由了。远离了家人的操控。

在大学的最后一个学期。
好舍不得大学精彩的生活。半夜嘛嘛挡的日子，做sup大喊大叫的日子，忙活动的日子，好像离我越来越远。
我将进入社会，从此结束校园生活。

社会的门槛，家人给我的高标准，母亲的极高期望，让我沉重不已。

外面是一个大海从鱼跃长空任鸟飞的世界。但是现实生活为我设下太多的限制。我好想摆脱所有的枷锁，自由自在的飞翔。我深信总会有那么的一天！！！

17 Dec 2008 Day 2 in Siam Reap

Around 8 am we were ready for the journey. I was asking hang seng whether he wanted to bring his jacket along. He felt that the weather was okay. So both of us kick start the journey to Kbal Spean and Banteay Srei, the journey took about 90 minutes. The chilling wind blow direct to us . It was freezing and my hand go numbs.

TIPS…

So guys, do wear a jacket and a mask if you take a tuktuk to Kbal Spean. As the journey to Kbal Spean and Banteay Srei is very dusty.

We were in a rush that morning and didn’t manage to have breakfast. So we ask our tuktuk driver to recommend us some place that has cheap and clean food. I repeated a few times to make sure he understands and he nodded. But it turn out that he just stop at the entrance of Kbal Spean and ask us to eat there. A bowl of instant noodle cost us 3.5 USD. When we asked him why he bring us to such a place, at first he just mumble and said he had breakfast at home. Then he contradicted with himself by saying that he also pays the same amount. We found out from other tuk tuk driver on the street that some tuk tuk drivers do receive commission from certain food vendor. And guys, you MUST bargain with the food stall around the temple when you eat. Because of competition among the food stalls , you can get food and drink from 2-3 USD . Don’t be fool by the price on the menu!!

Kbal Spean is not a typical temple. The carvings were crafted direct to the riverbed. It is called as valley of thousand lingas or bridge head.

TIPS…

In order to reach there , you will need to hiked for 1.5 km. Do bring plenty of water from the city or from the food stall at parking lot down hill. The food stall will sell it for 1 USD for 1.5 Littre if you bargain hard. (you can get 0.5 USD in the city).

We heard from a Khmer that came back from Australia that the river bed was carved so that the lingas in the riverbed would blessed the stream of that flows down through the city of Angkor and bring fertility to the lowland rice fields. It was there we met a group from Beijing and Guangzhou whom we met again and again the same day and the next day.

Banteay Srei is a small temple.So delicate that some opined that it can only be build by women. The beautiful carvings make it worth travel to such a distance. It was build in the 10th-century Hindu. But was first thought as 12 or 13 centuries by the Archeologist because it is very different from other temple in its times. Almost every part of the temple was decorated with cravings.

We stop at East Mebon as the day was too early for sunset at Pre rup. I found the elephants statute very interesting.

East Mebon is a large temple-mountain-like ruin, rising three levels and crowned by five towers. Jayavarman IV, a usurper to the throne, moved the capital from Angkor to Koh Ker in 928AD. Sixteen years later Rajendravarman II returned the capital to Angkor and shortly thereafter constructed East Mebon on an island in the middle of the now dry Eastern Baray. The temple is dedicated to Shiva in honor of the king’s parents. Inscriptions indicate that it was also built to help reestablish the continuity of kingship at Angkor in light of the interruption that occurred when the seat of power had been moved to Koh Ker. There seems to be some scholarly debate as to whether East Mebon should be categorized as a temple-mountain. Inscriptions record activity at the temple as early as 947AD, but East Mebon was not consecrated until 952AD.

After visiting East Mebon, We went to Pre Rup for a sun set. We met the Beijing group again. The only Guangzhou guy was so concentrated in capturing the sunset photo . So I took his picture using my phone. A photographer captured by another “photographer” Haha…

Pre Rup is not so crowded compare to Bakheng Hill . Bakheng Hill ‘s ticket controller told us that it receives around 600 visitors everyday for the sunset. WOW!

We took a hot shower and went out for dinner. We met the Guangzhou guy again on the street. Siem reap is really a small place. Hehe…

We went to one of the food stall beside the street. It was just so-so compare to food stalls near Red Piano.

After dinner, we go to Mini Guesthouse(near porpular GH) and rent 2 bicycles with light (2 USD per day ).

TIPS…

Remember guys, must bargain with the owner. 1.5-2 USD is the standard price. But you can get cheaper if you rent more that 3 days. If they can’t cut the price, ask them to give you free mineral water.

At night, we sleep like a baby… tomorrow will be a long way to go…

feel quite down today. Dunno why lost all my confidence. My results this semester were below my expectation. Feel Sucks when i get "B" again in both of my papers. Does this mean that i can only be an average person in my whole life? getting an average grade, living an average life...

I think i did pretty bad cross examination in the advocacy course . Being too emotional , unprofessional, asking open question and asking questions that can't be understand by others. Why is this so? Really hate myself for failing to express what I really mean!!! I have the idea, but i just can't let other understand. I feel stupid when this happen . WHY?!

Will I become a good lawyer? I have lost my confidence... I don't wan to be a incompetent or mere average lawyer ! One more semester left for me to improve myself.

Work is hard. the weather is damn hot today. almost give up after starting for 2 hours. my feet is killing me. it really hurts. a question keep popping : "whether i need this rm 95?!"

i feel like cabut . why others can be support by parents and can buy things and travel as they like. Why should i work like hell to support myself?Louis Vuitton, Guess, Fancy toy, expensive car is not in my life and i dare not dream about it. Sometimes i am upset when i have to work in semester break and can't go back kampung. really miss my mum and dad.

That is what make you different, doesn't it make you better? more independent? said a close friend of mine.

some time i wish i would not need to work so hard. why am i the one who must put extra effort and not those rich kid . but now when i look back, i myself is rich. i can generate income by meself, instead of having rich parents, taking fama scholarship. I am no longer a dependant !!

I bought my own laptop, my phone, my clothers and my parents are proud of me. what more should i ask for? although my life is not perfect, I am satisfied and happy for I have .
